Live-streamed 'off the grid' from Melbourne laneways filled with street art, cafes and specialty shops

This tour will be delivered personally and live by me using live video conferencing software.

I invite you to a Live Virtual Tour deep within Melbourne's vibrant Central Business District, but away from the busy main streets and traffic. Discover a completely different and more intimate Melbourne, almost with its own sub-culture.

Be wowed by some of our street art, ranging from towering murals to tiny pieces that barely catch your eye. Take note of 'hole in the wall' cafes selling the best coffee in town, hidden bars and popular restaurants with unremarkable signage. Find some of the best tucked-away shops to find locally-made produce and mementos.

Enjoy the opulence and ambience of being surrounded by beautiful architecture in historic arcades and then the contrast of weaving through edgy narrow laneways, wondering what will be seen at the next turn.

Sit back and let me do the navigating and walking for you as we meander through places you will only find with the inside knowledge of a local.

. We begin in Strachan Lane where one street artist has made a mark with his art, cooking and famous wife
. Just around the corner in AC/DC Lane, we find tributes to the most famous of Australian rock bands
. Take a peek at Melbourne's smallest art gallery, inside mailboxes!
. Think 'grunge' and decorated walls with multiple paint layers . . . and we'll be in Hosier Lane
. Take a shortcut through the Nicholas Building to Centre Place, home to a row of tiny lunchtime cafes with cheap food
. Explore The Block and Block Arcade where you would go to be 'seen' in the late 1800s
. Royal Arcade is Melbourne's oldest arcade and home to favourite local icons such as The Melbourne Shop and Koko Black
. Our tour concludes in Hardware Lane . . . just in time to ponder the lunchtime offerings at dozens of cafes spilling onto the tree-dappled red brick lane
